It may be juvenile, but I’ve discovered JibJab’s e-cards (JibJab Sendables, as they call them) and I can’t get enough of them! You upload photos and insert them into a large variety of slightly-off, little JibJab videos and you can create all kinds of hilarious personalized cards and videos. It’s a great way to lose an afternoon.
You might remember JibJab from the 2004 election when they made the hilarious “This Land is Your Land” video with George Bush and John Kerry. Well, now they’ve made all that great creativity and technology available on their website.
Some of the cards and videos are free. But the really cool stuff is for members, which is only $12/year. Even my wife couldn’t argue with that price after I created a “lovely” little ballerina video starring her that she has forbidden me from posting here.
JibJab makes it really easy to upload and edit photos, so you can create lots of these fun little things.. And, with membership, you can email, post on Facebook, and embed the videos on any site like I’ve done here.
